Job Summary

The Blockchain Architect will design and develop robust blockchain-based solutions, focusing on crypto asset trading platforms (Decentralized Exchanges – DEX, Centralized Exchanges – CEX), staking mechanisms, and integration with financial systems. You will lead technical teams, translate complex business requirements into secure architectures, and ensure seamless interoperability with financial ecosystems. Your expertise will power innovative Web3 applications, including trading platforms, staking protocols, and liquidity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect Blockchain Solutions: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance blockchain architectures for crypto asset trading (DEX/CEX), staking platforms, and financial system integrations.
• Develop Smart Contracts: Build, test, and deploy audited, production-ready smart contracts using Solidity, ensuring security, scalability, and efficiency.
• Crypto Trading Expertise: Implement DEX mechanics (e.g., AMMs or PMMs, liquidity pools, LP tokens) and CEX infrastructure, optimizing for high-frequency trading and liquidity provision.
• Staking Protocol Development: Design and implement staking mechanisms to incentivize network participation and reward systems, ensuring compatibility with consensus protocols.
• Financial System Integration: Enable seamless interoperability between blockchain platforms and traditional financial systems, including payment gateways, custodial services, and compliance frameworks.
• Lead Development Teams: Guide cross-functional teams, including blockchain developers, engineers, and financial analysts, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Ensure Security & Scalability: Implement best practices for secure smart contract development and scalable infrastructure, addressing high Total Value Locked (TVL) environments.
• Drive Innovation: Prototype and develop MVPs for emerging DeFi and trading solutions, incorporating AI agents, auto-bridging, and hybrid exchange (Hex) models.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor and integrate advancements in blockchain, DeFi, and financial regulations, ensuring alignment with industry standards and market needs.
• Collaborate & Communicate: Work with product, design, and compliance teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in blockchain architecture, engineering, or smart contract development
• Proven expertise in designing and deploying DEX/CEX platforms, staking protocols, and DeFi integrations
• Strong command over Solidity and Ethereum-based development environments (e.g., Hardhat, Truffle)
• Hands-on experience with Geth, Web3.js, or Ethers.js for dApp integration
• Deep understanding of AMM/PMM mechanics, liquidity provisioning, and LP token handling
• Familiarity with blockchain security principles, audits, and best practices for smart contract safety
• Proficient in financial system integration: API-based communication with fiat systems, payment gateways, and compliance services
• Excellent communication skills and experience in leading cross-functional engineering teams
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and architectural decision-making skills
