Provox Global is seeking a skilled NetSuite Developer/Administrator to join our team. As our in-house NetSuite expert, you’ll be responsible for managing our NetSuite ERP system, optimizing workflows, and developing custom solutions to support our business operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive management and ongoing development of our NetSuite ERP environment
• Develop and maintain data imports/exports for items, customers, vendors, and contract pricing
• Configure and customize NetSuite modules including inventory, order management, accounting, and fulfillment
• Create and modify reports, saved searches, and dashboards to provide actionable business insights
• Develop and maintain SuiteScript solutions for process automation
• Configure email templates, shipping tracking, and other system communications
• Troubleshoot warehouse operations issues and implement solutions
• Document processes, customizations, and system configurations
• Collaborate with department stakeholders to understand business needs and implement appropriate solutions
• Manage system updates and ensure compliance with NetSuite best practices

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite development and administration experience
• Strong proficiency in SuiteScript (1.0 and 2.0), SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk
• Experience with NetSuite data import/export tools and CSV manipulation
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and SQL
• Experience configuring and customizing NetSuite modules including inventory, order management, and accounting
• Knowledge of NetSuite reporting tools and saved searches
• Experience troubleshooting complex system issues
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical staff

Preferred Qualifications

• NetSuite Administrator Certification
• NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer Certification
• Experience with SuiteCommerce or SuiteCommerce Advanced
• Familiarity with RESTful web services and API integrations
• Experience with warehouse management systems
• Background in supply chain or distribution industries
• Experience transitioning from external NetSuite support to in-house resources
