About the Role: We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Supply Chain Data Analyst with strong business acumen to join Business Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of data analysis with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and Python is advantageous but not mandatory. This role offers an excellent opportunity to apply analytical skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze data to provide actionable insights for supply chain optimization.
  • Reporting: Create and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel, ensuring data accuracy and clarity.
  • Data Management: Support the management of data sets and databases relevant to supply chain operations.
  • Trend Analysis: Identify and analyze trends in inventory, logistics, and other supply chain functions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and deliver analysis to support decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in identifying areas for process improvements and recommend solutions based on data analysis.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data analysis processes and findings.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a supply chain environment.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, charts, etc.).
    • Basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and Python is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and with various stakeholders.
