Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry:
- Accurately enter and update property listings in multiple systems such as MLS, Zillow, and other real estate platforms.
- Maintain up-to-date records on client information, property details, and transaction progress in CRM systems.
- Ensure the proper upload of property images, descriptions, and other relevant documents.
- Document Management:
- Handle real estate documents such as contracts, agreements, and closing papers, ensuring proper filing and organization.
- Track deadlines and key dates for real estate transactions (e.g., inspections, contract dates, closings).
- Manage and organize digital files to ensure quick access and retrieval when needed.
- Research:
- Conduct online research on property prices, market trends, and competitive listings.
- Administrative Support:
- Schedule and coordinate property showings, meetings, and other appointments.
- Assist with responding to client inquiries and managing communication via email.
Skills & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors Degree
- Experience:
- Minimum Six month to 1 year of experience is required
- Experience in data entry or administrative support, ideally in the real estate sector.
- Familiarity with real estate platforms (e.g., MLS, Zillow) and CRM systems is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Windows Server Configuration, and expertise in monitoring, error handling, PowerShell scripting, and automation. Primary Responsibilities:
